About DIA SIA III
The Solutions for Intelligence Analysis (SIA) III IDIQ is a five-year base period and five one-year options with a potential value of more than $17 billion over the ten-year contract period. Supporting task orders may have up to a one year base period and up to four option periods.
SIA III provides worldwide intelligence coverage, support, and assistance to the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Department of Defense by delivering timely, objective, and cogent military intelligence, which is vital to protect United States national security.

Analysis
All-source analysis provides insight and expertise on foreign military capabilities and defense issues in support of our nation’s political leadership, defense policymakers, acquisition community, and military commanders.
Engineering
Utilization of engineering research, development, and capabilities in support of global technical operations.
Analytical Enabling
A diverse variety of intelligence functions to execute and support the intelligence mission, including content and technical editing, intelligence planning, knowledge management, and foreign intelligence disclosure.
Science
Application of scientific methods and technical expertise tradecraft across the full range of intelligence operations in support of global technical collection, exploitation, and operations.
Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence
Overt and clandestine collection of intelligence across a spectrum of sources and methods, management of the collection and reporting cycle, and direct intelligence support to collection operations.
